From a vision to a destination
In February 2019, our journey began. We set out with a simple goal: find a beautiful piece of land and transform it into an extraordinary destination. With invaluable guidance from the Loudoun County Economic Development team, we discovered a stunning 27-acre property in Lovettsville.
To be completely honest, we didn't even know where Lovettsville was at the time, let alone that it sat within Loudoun County.
We weren’t traditional developers, though we certainly feel like we could be now. Instead, we are visionaries, dreamers, and builders. We are deeply passionate about two things: brewing exceptional craft beer and creating a space where people can truly come together.
Before building the brewery, our very first major project was dedicating the 65th Gold Star Families Memorial Monument in the United States right here on the property. We wanted to create a beautiful, serene space where visitors could gather to pay their respects to our fallen military heroes and honor their families.
